Technical Specifications

• Extremely rigid welded steel frame, re-machined after welding to ensure perfect squareness and alignment of all components
• Automatic grinding wheel feed, enabling a fully automated cycle with programmable number of passes and fixed depth per pass (0.4 mm)
• Quick specimen clamping system (5 seconds per specimen)
• Diamond grinding system with standard Ø 220 mm or Ø 330 mm grinding wheel included
• Grinding wheel rotation speed: 3,000 rpm
• Three feed speeds: slow, normal, fast – Maximum feed rate: 600 mm/min
  Grinding wheel travel (left/right, right/left): approx. 1 minute
• Fully stainless-steel wet-area enclosure
• Rigid sliding safety door with polycarbonate window and CE-compliant electric interlock system
• Continuous water spray on the diamond wheel

• Special water pump for abrasive and particle-laden water
