Creep’R is a dedicated control system for hydraulic creep testing machines used in civil engineering and other materials. It can be used to control a battery of creep machines, with load and deformation measurement, controlled loading and automatic charging for long-term tests, in accordance with the NF EN 12390-17 (2019) standard: loading in less than 30 sec., automatic control and reloading.

  • Rack made of mechanically welded sheet metal assembly, height 130 cm
  • Logic module 24 logic inputs, 16 logic outputs
  • Hydraulic pump control drive to control flow (up to 6L/min)
  • Wired remote control, with buttons opens, closes, preloads,
    charging
  • Multi-piston hydraulic unit (reliability, regularity and silence), mounted on silentblocks, with external level and temperature indicator
  • Hydraulic ball valves for pressurizing the hydraulic bus
  • Stainless steel tank – capacity 40 liters
  • 400 bar pressure sensor, accuracy 0.5%MS

Software features

  • User identifi ed by name (list) and password.
  • An unidentifi ed user (visitor) can only view the trials in progress.7 levels of users restricting access to certain settings.
  • Machine confi guration settings.
  • Definition parameters of the sample to be tested
  • Preload control using the remote control, as close as possible to the machine.
  • Loading up to the nominal stress in less than 30s, in accordance with the standard.
  • When the nominal stress has been reached, the Creep’R regularly checks the force exerted and automatically adjusts if necessary
  • The load and strain (if equipped with displacement sensors) measurements of each machine are recorded automatically.
  • Possibility of remote control via the internet

Creep frames

Up to 6 racks can be connected to a single console & console unit via a measurement bus and a hydraulic bus

    • A control block that can be attached to the frame, or remote when used in a thermal chamber
    • An hydraulic accumulator to maintain the load, maximum pressure 350 bar, capacity 1 liter.
    • Optionally, a second accumulator in order to extend the range of use of the machine.
    • A measuring conditioner for load cells, resolution 500 000 points, accuracy 0.003%MS
    • One CAN output, CANOpen protocol.

 

Test frame

  • Fully machined 3 or 4 threaded columns frame to accommodate specimen size
  • Treated steel plates, single acting cylinder force 100 to 2 000 kN with low friction, stroke 50 mm
  • Load cell, accuracy 0.023%MS
  • Optional (for compression creep tests) : 2 multi-magnet magnetostrictive sensors, 4 measuring points per sensor, 2μm resolution, allow to measure the deformation of 2 superimposed specimens, following 2 opposite generators, using glued pads.bati-fluage-2
