Description

Automatic Levelling machine for 4x4x16 moulds – M2A

NF EN 196-1 standard

New !! Control your levelling process !

In the overall process of preparing 4x4x16 specimen according to NF EN 196-1 standard, the levelling operation is the only  manual operation, involving human intervention. Due to the impact of operator’s skills, this levelling operation can have a relatively strong impact on the results of compressive strength. As a matter of fact, the “human factor” does, in fact, can have a great influence on the dispersion of compressive results.

M2A will allow you to control the repeatability of the levelling operation by automatising the whole process. Its design makes it possible to comply with the operating mode described in standard NF EN 196-1 and to reproduce the manual levelling in the same way, but in a controlled manner.

In fact, each displacement (position, speed, acceleration) of the levelling ruler, its inclination, its axial and tangential displacement (for shearing) but also the vertical load applied by the latter to the mould can be controlled by the operator. And repeated in the same way at each time !

The flexibility in the use of the machine will allow you to create different levelling programs according to the consistency of the mortar to be characterized.

In addition, process automation allows hidden time operation of the M2A, which will optimize your processing times.
