- Stainless steel bowl and insulated outer casing
- Capable of reaching boiling point in 30 minutes using two heating units
- Timer for setting the time needed to reach boiling point. After this period, the water temperature is regulated using a heating unit
- Supplied complete with 2 removable racks for up to 12 molds
- 24 cm x 15 cm and 25 cm x 20.5 cm
