Technical features of the NEOTRIS Control Consol

• Results can be sent by email with a single click.Great ease of use: With its 7” color touchscreen TFT LCD, accessing all the data is as easy as a touch of a finger!
• Fully automatic operation: Requiring no human intervention during the test, NEOTRIS automatically controls the loading rate and break detection.
• Excellent performance: With a 24-bit measurement resolution, a 250Hz sampling frequency, and a pressure sensor with 0.15% full-scale accuracy, this console achieves Class 0.5 precision and compliance with EN 12390-4.
• Results backup on USB drive: Automatic recording on a 16 GB USB drive (or larger upon request).
• Results printing on a printer: Integrated printer for printing results.
• Network connection: Option to connect the console to a network for retrieving results and remote maintenance.

 

Hydraulic Unit:

• Flow control from 8 to 500 bar (700 bar upon request)
• Two-stage pump: fast approach (4.2 L/min) and high pressure (0.3 L/min)
• Dynamically balanced submerged motor
• Aluminum tank with a usable capacity of 8.6 liters
