Technical features of the NEOTRIS Control Consol

• Ease of use: Thanks to its 7″ TFT LCD color touch screen, access to all data is at your fingertips!
• Excellent accuracy: Display in Class 0.5 (24-bit measurement resolution with 100 Hz sampling rate) in accordance with EN 12390-4 and a precision 0.15% EM pressure sensor guarantee high measurement accuracy.
• Fully automatic control: Requiring no human intervention during the test, NEOTRIS automatically manages the ramp-up speed and rupture detection.
• Saving results on a USB stick: Automatic recording to a 16GB USB flash drive (or larger on request).
• Transfer of test results: Results transferable by email with a single click.
• Network connection: Possibility of connecting the console to company network for retrieval of results and remote maintenance.

Hydraulic Unit:

• Flow control from 5 to 500 bar (700 bar upon request)
• Two-stage pump: fast approach (4.2 L/min) and high pressure (0.3 L/min)
• Dynamically balanced submerged motor
• Aluminum tank with a usable capacity of 8.6 liters
